Under no circumstances are you permitted to use any content on this website (photographs, videos, texts, etc.) for uses other than to promote the biocalaceite brand.

Any modification and/or correction to the data you provide as you use this website must be made in accordance with the indications given on this site.
2. PURCHASE SYSTEM
The products offered in bioCALACEITE, as well as their characteristics and sale prices, will be announced on the website. Likewise, shipping costs to your home, which are in all instances to be paid by you, will be detailed. All payments will be made in EUROS. The indicated prices include VAT at the rate applicable in Spain (21% as at 4.10.2018), in accordance with the information you provide, and will at all times be the current prices except in the case of an error. bioCALACEITE reserves the right to modify without notice the products contained and offered through its website. bioCALACEITE can thus add new products or remove others without prior notification. The illustrations, names and labels of the unbranded products may be altered without prior notification but this will not alter the characteristics, quantity, quality and origin of the products offered.
To purchase products on the biocalaceite.com website, you will be asked to proceed to purchase as guests or to register for an account. For an account, you must be of legal age (18 years) and must fill in the boxes according to the instructions that appear on the screen. You are reminded that you are responsible for the accuracy of the data entered.
Once you have registered, in order to proceed with your purchase, you must add the product you wish to purchase to the «shopping cart», filling in the order form provided and sending it to biocalaceite.com. In so doing, you agree that you have read and accepted each of these General Conditions of Sale and Use and any existing special conditions where applicable. Your purchase will be deemed to have been made at registered offices of biocalaceite.com.
Once you have placed your order, biocalaceite.com will send you proof of your purchase by email in the shortest possible time. The invoice will be sent together with the order to the address provided. The order confirmation and proof of purchase are not an invoice. The purchase prices will be those in force at the time the order is placed. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated based on the shipping address you provide and on the amount of your purchase.
If your order exceeds €1000 in value or weighs more than 200 kg, please contact us directly so that we can process your order and then send you the best shipping cost quotation for your destination.
biocalaceite.com reserves the right to refuse access to the website to those users who are in debt to biocalaceite.com or have unpaid bills.
Products on special offer. All the products that biocalaceite.com promotes at a special price will be indicated on the website by means of the following information: Offer. These special offers will be available until the indicated date or until stocks run out, in which case the product will automatically disappear from the website.
Orders to be delivered outside of Spain cannot be cancelled once 48 hours have elapsed after confirmation of the order has been given. This applies regardless of the payment method chosen due to the costs involved in preparing, packaging, handling and shipping these orders.

All the information transmitted to us travels encrypted through the network. Likewise, the data on your credit card are not recorded in any database but go directly to the bank’s point of sale terminal. We also inform you that in an effort to provide greater security to credit card holders, we have incorporated into our payment gateway the secure payment system called CES (Secure Online Shopping). Consequently, if you hold a ‘secured’ card you can always make card payments in our store.
What is CES (Secure Online Shopping)?
CES is a system to safeguard online transactions through Visa International, Mastercard, Microsoft, Netscape and others. The main purpose is to give greater security both to the internet user and to the businesses that sell via the internet by authenticating the buyer as the legitimate holder of the card they are using. Your order will be delivered to the shipping address given and must be paid for in cash (no cheques) on delivery. In the case of this payment method, you will be charged an additional 5% of the amount of your purchase.
Note: biocalaceite.com reserves the right not to accept cash on delivery as a payment method if we believe there are sufficient grounds to do so (false data, possibility of fraud, inability to contact the customer, etc.), in which case your only payment method will be by means of a bank deposit or transfer.
International deliveries CANNOT be paid for on delivery.
DELIVERY.
Orders are delivered by a COURIER SERVICE. The average delivery time of a product shown as in stock at the time of purchase is two to seven days. biocalaceite.com undertakes to deliver goods within at most 30 working days from the day following that in which you accept these conditions and make the payment. However, biocalaceite.com is exempt from any liability in cases in which the period established is exceeded due to a fortuitous event, force majeure or due to third parties unrelated to biocalaceite.com. For all orders for goods in stock placed before 6.00 pm (Spanish time) on a working day, biocalaceite.com guarantees delivery to the transport company. Orders after 6.00 pm or on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be processed by biocalaceite.com on the first working day after they are placed.Remember that deadlines are calculated on the basis of working days and may be altered by local or national holidays. In addition, if your chosen payment method is by bank transfer, the order will not be sent until we have confirmation of your transfer from the bank. biocalaceite.com reserves the right to vary the shipment method and the company employed to make the delivery regardless of what is stated in these conditions provided this is not manifestly detrimental to the customer.
NOTE: Deliveries will not be made to PO boxes under any circumstances.
If upon receiving your order you are not satisfied, you must indicate this on the delivery note provided by the transport company, indicating the defects found upon receipt of the product. On receipt, you must record on the delivery note that you received your order «With Damages». If the delivery receipt shows delivered in «Good Condition», we will be unable to deal with your complaint.
RETURNS AND RIGHT OF CANCELLATION.
You will have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to cancel your purchase so long as the nature of the goods acquired allows this. This period will be calculated from your receipt of the purchased goods. It will be understood that the customer has been aware of their right to cancel from the moment they enter the store, which requires these General Conditions of Sale and Use to be read and accepted, and in any case from the moment you place the order. This right of cancellation shall not apply to personalised products or products which, for reasons of hygiene or other legally accepted reasons, may not be cancelled. Orders must be returned to to the address of Haus Energie von RCS SL. If you exercise your right to cancel, biocalaceite.com will immediately refund the amounts received without any retention. The return shipping expenses are to be paid by the customer.
To return goods, you must bear the following in mind:
- You must return goods to biocalaceite.com within 14 days of receiving them. The return shipping costs are to be borne by you.
- Return shipping costs are to be paid by you unless the goods are defective or in the event of an error on our part.
- The product to be returned must be in its original state, and without having been used or manipulated.
- We cannot be held responsible for goods seized by customs or similar authorities. If you are in any doubt, contact the appropriate bodies in your country or area for further information about the product you wish to purchase.
4. TAXES
All our prices include VAT.
5. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
This contract is governed by Spanish legislation, which will be applicable to the provisions of this contract regarding its interpretation, validity and execution.
The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of ALCAÑIZ to resolve any dispute that may arise in the interpretation or execution of these contractual conditions, expressly waiving any other venue to which they may otherwise be entitled.

7. RETURN POLICY

Remember that we ensure the quality of our products and that is why we guarantee the exchange or refund of the amount of your purchase. If for any reason there is a problem with the product received, it can be returned. If when you receive your order you are not satisfied, you have a period of fourteen days from the date of receipt to exercise your right to return it.
To initiate the return process, email us at contact@biocalaceite.com. Only returns that meet the following requirements will be accepted:
- The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must retain, as far as possible, its original packaging and labelling.
- The shipment must be made using the same box that we sent to you or, if not, in similar packaging that ensures the goods are returned in the best possible condition.
- A copy of the delivery note must be included in the package.
