How to prepare homemade Spanish alioli sauce

Alioli is a typical sauce of the Mediterranean cooking, formed by mixing olive oil and garlic. Ideal to accompany any dish on any occasion.



Get ready a blender, a container and all the ingredients.

Put the egg, salt and garlic clove into the bowl and add 100ml of Biocalaceite filtered olive oil.

Beat everything, keeping the blender at the bottom of the container.

When the sauce begins to thicken and has completely absorbed the oil, add the remaining 50ml of Biocalaceite filtered olive oil while moving the mixer slightly up and down.

When the sauce has absorbed all the Biocalaceite filtered olive oil again, the alioli is ready to serve.
